Acro 102 is the next step for students who have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to build on their technique. In this level, we refine body alignment, improve control in bridges and handstands, and begin connecting skills such as kick-overs, walkover progressions, and more advanced balance work. Dancers continue to develop strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination while learning how to transition smoothly between skills with proper technique. Acro 102 challenges students in a positive, structured environment that encourages growth, discipline, and increased confidence as they progress to more complex acrobatic elements.
